My overall impression

Through her own unique stories and experiences, Alex engulfs each audience member with the sentiment that they are not alone in a world of confusing, promising, and disappointing relationships. There are moments of laughter, sorrow, hopefulness. Her writing is inspiring and her presence on stage is captivating. Navigating relationships, both romantic and platonic, is not always easy. Alex validates all feelings of regret and success and encourages individuals to forgive themselves for their past. I’m excited to see what Alex does next and look forward to hearing more of her perspective on this world.
