I loved this show. It was a beautifully done; somber and tragic drama. I really felt for and empathized with Cecelia. The cast were fully immersed in their roles and the world of the play. It almost felt like a dance.... full review

Instantly the mood was set by the intimacy of the set and lighting. The lead actress Maeve Schauerman held my attention throughout the show with vivid intensity via each line she delivered throughout the various scenarios and timelines in the plot. ... full review

The acting, writing, lighting and directing was superb. Noelle Hall wrote a beautiful, tragic story that brought tears to my eyes. She clearly has the gift of writing and directing which shows in this emotional story. Maeve encompassed the role of Cecilia I felt her pain, confusion and fear. I couldn't take my eyes off Theo. I wanted to hate him but I also felt sorry for him dealing with a wife who has severe mental illness. Anton, he brought so much to the role as a child. I loved his performance so much. I wanted to see him more. Charlotte was enchanting and her beauty made her mysterious part fun to watch. Caroline was so very cute as the therapist. She commanded the stage the moment she stepped on. I love h... full review

Noelle Hall has a bright future ahead of her as a theatre writer and director as structure and the overall tone of the show lend itself to a solid story. However the lack of variance with the tone of story leads into relentless melodrama that can be hard to get invested in. The show is so oppressive to the characters and audience it is hard to be invested as the stakes aren't clear enough and the absolute lack of joy makes it hard for there to be anything to root for. Talent is all over this production but this is a script that needs various rewrites to reach it's full potential.... full review

I'm an actor, writer, director, producer, mental health advocate, and am also a survivor of domestic abuse. I am 54 years old and a mother of eight 4 birth/ 4 adopted. Every aspect of this storyline is in my wheelhouse. And yet, I'm having a very challenging time coming up with words of encouragement in my feedback while maintaining a spirit of honesty and integrity. The description created for this play is poorly written. I'm curious if someone other than the play's author wrote it. It does not reflect the play I saw. I'm curious if the author believed this could be a marketable play? That people would pay to see it? The dark subject matter combined with not one moment of reprieve is just too much "heavy". Nothing about it was e... full review

I don’t go to the movies or the theater because I wanna see stories that assume that I want a happy ending. And this play was just that. Somebody’s life story is best told non-linearly. You start somewhere in the middle, go back a bit, jump forward quite a bit, back again, and so on. And this play was just that. I don’t ever wanna see a show, a movie, or a play with fake actors that look like they’re faking, so I’m very thankful that display was not that. Very impressed and it cannot play for long enough. ... full review
