The honesty, empowerment, how personal each story was, and how relatable it was as a whole.
What I didn't like
Nothing!
My overall impression
This play was hands down the most relatable, palpable play I’ve ever seen. I related to each woman in one way or another. I laughed until my stomach hurt, bit my cheeks to avoid sobbing at some points, and just felt every single emotion describable. It epitomized women empowerment. It was so beautiful to see these south Asian women ROAR. Even today so many of the topics are still taboo that I felt like “omg she just said that” but then smiled and felt so proud afterwards. This play genuinely HEALED so many parts of me. I hope this blows up or continues in some way so I can follow the journey!
