What I liked
I especially appreciated the lyricism of the writing, the innovative use of the scarves/dupattas, and the immense presence of the actors.
What I didn't like
How about stories of pleasure – the yearning, the fulfillment?
How about stories of older women, little girls?
My overall impression
Poetic, funny despite the deeply intimate and at times violent narratives that beset the YONIQUE YONIVERSES of these women.
