What I liked
Really imaginative use of magical realism and time travel. The performance was outstanding, and the script was both heartfelt and incredibly amusing. Hats go to the stage manager and director as well for the fantastic and efficient lighting and sound cues.
What I didn't like
The actors could all use a little more projection.
My overall impression
This play is outstanding, significant, and couldn’t come at a better moment. It investigates how American teenagers’ sense of alienation, loneliness, and isolation contribute to these terrible school shootings free games. However, it’s not a melancholy play. It is imaginative, uplifting, and full of hope. Bring your teenagers to this play if you only see one during the Fringe.
