My overall impression

I thoroughly enjoyed All American. It touches on important, timely issues such as the patriarchy, gun violence, feminism, trauma of war, and alienation/isolation.
The play illustrates advantages that exist in two different time periods 50 years apart. It also demonstrates progress and the alarming lack of progress made over those 50 years. Pops tarts haven’t changed.
The cast is strong and united. Definitely food for thought.
