What I liked
I love how she connects with the audience and switches back and forth between a “performance” mode (where she’s being legitimately entertaining) and then “real” mode (where she’s now just talking straight to us). Beautiful singing voice and great dance moves too—yeah!
What I didn't like
I wouldn’t mind it slowing down just a bit with a little more breathing room between sections—but I may just process emotional things slower than most since I feel that way about most things I watch!
My overall impression
This is amazing—compelling and relatable! And Kamakshi Hart is an enthralling, funny, and talented performer, creating wonderfully engaging characters in her heart-breaking and also deeply uplifting true story.
