What I liked

All the actors were fully invested in their roles, diving head first into each argument and moment. The set was impressive, using the whole space to give the audience the feel of being in a small little cabin in the woods.

What I didn't like

There is so much good stuff here, I just wanted a little more of the reasons for some of the conflict. There’s definitely more to be mined from each of these really interesting characters.

My overall impression

A well acted show about two sisters trying to deal with each other and a dark family history from two very different points of view. One seems to be grounded and successful, the other is manic and suicidal. It’s dark, heavy but with moments of humor and levity. The set dressing was fantastic, allowing the audience to truly believe they were peering into an old cabin in the woods. An overall dramatic show that asks the question: just how much of our family history shapes the people we become?
