Definitely one not to miss! Creatively put together, entertaining, and you'll probably learn something too. Great work from Celebration Theatre and the performers who put these truly original pieces together. More, please!...

RUN, do not walk, to go see this show. Especially if you are trans. I was on the verge of tears for more than half of it and left with a tear-stained mask. Some of my favorite vignettes were Cody Sloan's portrayal of AIDS activist Lou Sullivan and Alexia Jasmene playing the author and biographer Dawn Langley Simmons. Avi Roque gave an especially standout performance as Amelio Robles Ávila.
Beautifully executed and paced, this was a quick-moving show injected with a lot of humor and the occasional musical interlude.

A powerful premise and an empowering opportunity for its all-trans cast, this 6-chapter show introduces audiences to real life stories they've probably never heard before and provides an important example of how trans stories don't have to be about being trans.
