What I liked
This show was fun and entertaining while also deeply meaningful.
I especially loved the therapy scenes, both the ones that didn’t work and then the ones that did. I loved seeing how the transformation fast tracked once Luna found a good healer to support her.
What I didn't like
You have a lovely presence in your voice and the songs are really a beautiful addition to the show. Pairing the breathwork you’re doing with the vocal work to expand the range, will help nail those high notes every time even when you’re nervous or tired. You are amazing.
My overall impression
This was a fully embodied performance. What must have taken tremendous work to craft looks effortless as Lisa weightlessly transforms from character to character and buoyantly moves thru this triumphant performance.
In Too Big for Her Britches, Lisa reveals the heavy hurts of childhood and adulthood, revealing the wounded self with a lightness that allows us to travel with her without burden. Ultimately, we can all celebrate the grand accomplishment of healing work that Lisa guides us through.
