Refuge

What I liked

There are so many aspects to this play that I adore. The music and lighting; the depth in each detail; the casting, and of course, the brilliant writing—it all came together to create an incredible, singular moment in time. I especially appreciated the physicality of the acting.

What I didn't like

My overall impression

This show is engaging and thrilling while being completely intimate. I believed the characters completely; we saw and felt all sides of them, so much so that I felt truly heartbroken and frustrated and joyful for them at different moments throughout the play.
