What I liked

On top of the obvious (the script, actors, and direction), I loved the integration of projection and audio into the play. The kid-like drawn setting cards were very effective and helped create the world. The creativity behind the central concept (a camcorder that plays memories associated with objects) was brilliant.

What I didn't like

This is probably only an issue for the seat I was in, but the bin that was DSL got in the way of Yellow Girl’s face whenever the sisters were on the ground.

I sometimes had a hard time following the colors of items changing or being associated with the wrong person, but I think that is more of a me issue than anything, and it ultimately didn’t take away from the experience.

My overall impression

Beautiful and heart wrenching show that will have you laughing one moment and crying the next. The authenticity and vulnerability Jeannette Srinivasan put into this script is inspiring, and the actors lived up to the challenge. By the end, you will be sobbing.
