What I liked
I loved how the individual character subplots were interwoven into an overarching unique sci-fi/horror storyline.
What I didn't like
I loved how several of the scenes incorporated movement such as dance, so I would love to see more of that throughout the show.
My overall impression
It made my heart smile to see an all Asian/Asian American cast and kudos that this was a CalArts student production! As an Asian American, it was powerful to see performers who looked like me. I could relate to the various characters and their back stories, including finding their identities in the world as well as the joys and challenges of having immigrant parents.
