What I liked

Incredibly sharp performances from the actors, starting with the opening monologue. Loved the solo bass jazz !

What I didn't like

It could help, somewhere, to tell the audience somewhere what to do and to encourage them to speak or participate more. Not all audiences are that outgoing and some can be downright shy (or well-behaved). Also, the food looked great, but I only tried one piece, as I wasn’t sure how much we were allowed to eat, or how long we would be there. It could help to encourage the audience to eat the food — I’m sorry I didn’t eat everything on my plate ! The experience is only 30 minutes long . . . just long enough, but I was sorry when it ended !

My overall impression

Wow ! Draws us into the times and characters of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby.” In a library filled with atmospheric books and artworks, one of the characters walks among us reciting the opening pages of “Gatsby” while a world-class bassist performs solo jazz – and then we go to dinner at Daisy’s !
