What I liked
My favorite part of the show is George himself! His personality is exuberant and optimistic, and although not all of his stories have happy endings, he still shines a light of hope even in his darkest moments. And he can sing! That was a nice, unexpected surprised. George has a beautiful singing voice.
What I didn't like
Nothing. I really enjoyed this show. I highly recommend it.
My overall impression
George does a great job of authentically sharing the highs and lows of the emergence of his love life, all while factoring in being gay and on the autism spectrum. He is thoroughly himself on stage, and has a refreshing perspective. His stories are relatable, even if you’re not male, gay, or on the autism spectrum, because let’s face it, love is love, no matter who you are.
