The video worked but storytelling is primarily an audio experience., I could not hear a word. And I turned up the volume to the max.
What I didn't like
Improve by querying the audience as the show progresses. This was like a bus driver driving with a pedestrian caught under the wheels.
My overall impression
I was frustrated in that I could not hear the audio. We are friends with Molly yet could not hear one word or anything else. I would have liked a phone number to call so that this could be fixed. Do business persons still use telephones for complaining about technical issues. I typed a comment yet nothing changed. Fringe needs to be sensitive to the customer on an immediate basis.
