Phenomenal show. Probably the best Fringe show i’ve seen. And it was VIRTUAL?!?! What! Seriously it being virtual i think actually helped it, since it was confined to a room. Very Bo Burnham-esque (assuming you’ve seen “Inside”). I always said the best art performances are the most vulnerable. This is a bedroom confined pop star singing about being non-binary, having big tits, having a dead dad, hookup culture, unfulfilled dreams, semi-realized dreams etc. All while being accompanied by a pianist. What I’m saying here is that they were honest. Each song conveyed so much emotion and it was so raw/relatable. And idk, Molly Kirschenbaum just has a delightful energy. You just wanna root for them. I was frustrated in that I could not hear the audio. We are friends with Molly yet could not hear one word or anything else. I would have liked a phone number to call so that this could be fixed. Do business persons still use telephones for complaining about technical issues. I typed a comment yet nothing changed. Fringe needs to be sensitive to the customer on an immediate basis.

I loved this show. It's funny and fun but also quite poignant at times, reminded me a little of Bo Burnham's Inside. Molly has a great talent for storytelling and social satire but also for music. Molly's musical, songwriting, and vocal chops shine through even though that's not the main thrust of the show....
