What I liked
Loved the use of a storyteller, it definitely read like a children’s story. I liked the minimalist use of props and the chase scenes were well executed, a lot of action on a small stage. Loved the Blundersnorp, very inventive!
What I didn't like
As with any production, things happen. The mics would come and go and with the available lighting sometimes prominent characters were in the dark. The actors compensated for the mic loss and even without lighting the prominent characters presence was notable. Thoroughly enjoyed the production!
My overall impression
It is a wonderful show for a family! It keeps one engaged and provides laughter and humor young children can understand. I was partial to the storyteller but all cast members gave a solid and entertaining performance.
