I thought I was going to see a "boy crazy psycho slut", but instead I saw an effervescent woman hoping to find real love. The years go by with some tough times but always handled with optimism and humor. In the end, I was charmed and truly rooting for this sweet lady to find her special person.... full review

I loved it, and so did everyone else in the audience I was a part of. I won't spoil the trajectory Jo's story takes, but it's a high-energy, engaging, hilarious journey. And yet, I cried a little at the end, because of the thoughtfulness of the story and the courageous vulnerability Jo invites us to see. Romance can sure be treacherous, and to get past the sometimes devastating turns it takes is no small feat. I really think you'll love this story and this actress. Or you have no heart. There's also a spot-on impression near the end that had me howling. ... full review
