A masterpiece!! This show dances in the dark, uncomfortable section of the in between! In between the black and white, in between the hetero- and homo-sexual culture. This graceful dance takes you on an emotional journey with a transformative ending! Kevin did an amazing job as the performer, transforming into over 10 different character throughout a given time. This show is so artistic and creative it’s inspiring! I loved the use of characters, movement, and spoken word to bring this touching story alive! The energy that I must’ve taken Kevin perform this show was incredible! And I could listen to Baboon and Lion all day!! I truly enjoyed this show! Kevin at 25 is such a great performer, from the high intensity of each character that was portrayed to the beautiful, poetic, rhythmically placed spoken word. This show gave me all sorts of emotions, chills, the cries. I deeply connected to every word he said.
