The incredible journalist and humanitarian, Nellie Bly, rose to fame as a young female journalist who feigned ill and was admitted to a New York insane asylum so she could report from the inside. With every mission, Bly had only one goal in mind, to expose the truth and to record circumstances exactly as they were. She proceeded to challenge injustices in society through this new form of “stunt journalism”.
In “Ahead of Her Time” we get to hear from the reporter herself. She discusses her life journey and she also talks with other amazing women.
