What I liked
Makena is an artist who I could watch perform ANYTHING because she is so captivating. Her stage presence is EVERYTHING. I LOVED the writing, the narration, the emotion, the layers….this solo show is a force to be reckoned with. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have witnessed it.
What I didn't like
Absolutely nothing needs improved.
My overall impression
I can’t get over this show. There aren’t many words to describe my feelings after seeing the masterpiece that is Makena Hammond. The significance and tragedy in the story she shares is beyond powerful, yet her performance, alone, gripped me to my core.
