Battlesong of Boudica

What I liked

Just the incorporation of movement and sound was great. I was surpised by the puppetering, loved how the used the space and made it their own. The fight choreography had me at the end of their blade. Soaking up every second.

What I didn't like

I don’t think this works within the plays format. Wish I could’ve got more historical substance between Britannia and Rome. Or how Boudica presence before the play affected the story. Overall great play.

My overall impression

The play brought you back to 61 AD. I felt I was actually there. From the beating of the drum to the breaths of battle. Great show.
