What I liked
The lead actor does a great job portraying the youthful energy, charisma, insanity, and ultimately impossible ambition of a larger than life rockstar reaching for the stars as the artist hoping to change the world. Complemented by several laugh out loud moments by the cast. The interview scenes were some of the best parts.
What I didn't like
More nudity maybe…
My overall impression
I was impressed by the original spin of this classic rock ‘n’ roll story that manages to pay tribute to the real band and its history while also having tremendous fun in the creative retelling.
