My overall impression
This show is a must see for all, and anyone who grew up with the advent of radio, and television which influenced their home and life, and their children and grandchildren who could all be enriched by understanding the profundity of these forces; The advertising with the commanding voices; the radio, allowing our imaginations free play; and the constant presence of all these in our daily lives.
Bill Ratner has woven all the personal stories of his own life, interspersed with the power of the American Dream and the limitless ambitions it aroused in him, plus a hint of the path to realizing it all. This is woven together with a stirring musical accompaniment and Mr. Ratner’s inimitable power and presence and depth as a storyteller. I would especially recommend this show for anyone with a dream of pursuing a career or life in the arts.
