What I liked

High energy actress.
Likable/sympathetic character
Circus bit
BOOBS game show bit
The Al-Anon share was my favorite part. Riveting. I was captivated and hanging on every word.
It was empowering that she had the strength to leave the ONE relationship that offered her what she sought all her life (i.e. marriage, true love).
I like that she set people straight about the "upside’ of reconstructive surgery. (i.e. There IS none. It is not a free boob job.)

What I didn't like

It veered into the therapy onstage realm, especially when there was a literal therapy scene. Maybe she could do that material with a different character or multiple characters (other than a straight-up therapist).
The talking to God as a character is done a lot. That doesn’t mean it’s not effective, of course; sometimes that’s exactly why a particular device is used a lot—because it’s effective. In this case, it did not help me get drawn into the story. It also lent itself to the therapy onstage model; the Nigella character was like a God/therapist. It did help that it was a chirpy British woman, not a more traditional version of God onstage, but I still would have preferred a different device to achieve the same purpose. In fairness, avoiding therapy onstage is a huge challenge of the one-person show. It just seems to set us up for that. All in all, well done, Holly!

My overall impression

Important subject matter: the pressure on women to marry and have kids as their defining roles of womanhood. Glad she tackled this. And, she did it gracefully.
