Fun use of props, visuals, and Shakespeare monologues. My favorite part was the story of his parents and relating it to Hamlet and the young college actor who probably, when portraying this iconic role, has never lost a parent. This section of the show was so touching.
What I didn't like
I would love to hear more about Eric’s life story throughout the show. I love the themes that he ends on, and think the whole show could be improved if more of those themes were threaded throughout. That ending is the money of the show.
My overall impression
Eric is a delight to watch and learn from. I was brought back to my college days and given an overview of William Shakespeare from Eric’s point of view. The ending was so sweet, as he tied it into the loss of his parents. I would have loved to see more of that tender peek into his life throughout.
