Does verboten things people with lady parts daydream of doing but don’t because they fall well outside societal norms. Bonnie gives the gift of bawdy burlesque, ladies restroom stunts, suggestive acts with innocent flora and fermented objects, and eye-popping audience interactions. The musical cues are ridiculously funny — from Vangelis to Miley Ray Cyrus.
What I didn't like
No doubt she will improve everything from here — that’s what great performers do. The show really accelerates when the narrative kicks in and fragments are quilted together into an absolutely appalling finish.
My overall impression
Fantastic way to spend a hot Sunday afternoon in Hollywood. Loads of laughs in a cold dark box.
