Wow Wow, this show is so powerful and T.L. is a gifted performer & writer. Her emotional life turns on a dime. She is honest and raw one minute and sends you into fits of laughter the next. Her journey celebrates the diverse intersectionality of deafness & disability and the pains of feeling marginalized. It is T.L's personal journey yet there are universal threads that connect us all, ... full review

TL Forsberg is a force of nature. It is a good mix of comedy and drama. I saw myself reflected in this story, which tells me that the show's message is universal. TL's vulnerability and strength is admirable. ... full review

The emotional honesty of "Book" and the range of expression TL shares so generously is simply transformational. She weaves the poetry of her deepest wound and her healing into a great piece of art. ... full review

It becomes a never ending effort at inclusion in a world that offers you to just choose either purple or green, straight or bent, listening well or reading sign language. The character TL evolves is compelled to find where she belongs in a community that does not have enough preference boxes to check.... full review

Exhilirating! TL drives this show at a breakneck speed, maneuvering with a controlled chaos that is gripping, to say the least. She opens up the window of her soul, letting us see her dual struggle in finding her stance on the deaf/hearing spectrum as well as battles with love addiction, and we're all the better for it. Never devoid of meaning of emotion, she leads us through the tunnels of her pain into the light of her revelations. Must see!... full review

TL is a powerhouse performer -- not only that, she takes her vulnerabilities and lays it all out for us to observe as an audience. And even then, her story relates more closely to me as someone working toward finding my identity than I ever could have imagined. Keep the book open and keep exploring. Great job!... full review
