What I liked

The ensemble’s connection, timing, and trust in one another is among the best that I’ve seen in any show. There is a love for each other, as well as the story they’re telling.

The physicality was astounding, often looking so natural until you realize just how tight and difficult their job is.

The music was catchy, finding both humor and beauty as displayed by the performers.

The piece isn’t afraid to laugh at itself, but it does so with a confidence in the work that’s being shown.

What I didn't like

I honestly can’t think of anything. Some people weren’t fans of the resolution at the end, but I disagree.

My overall impression

A fast-paced, bold reimagining of the Arthurian legends, Grail Project effectively blends humor, music, adept physicality, and a self-referential twist that reminds the audience not only of the stories, but of the myth we’ve created around them for centuries.
