Both actors are absolutely phenomenal and wholly believable in their roles. Conor Sheehan completely transformed himself into a jock/frat “bro.” Jesse Stevenson, as his nerdy, “outsider” friend did an amazing job. His subdued facial expressions and body language quietly telegraph a raging storm within. The play became extremely intense and emotional, bringing this reviewer to tears in the end. Stevenson’s body language conveys so much. I won’t say more, fearing that I’ll give away key plot spoilers. I will say that this is a MUSTSEE and its message is needed more than ever. Bravo to all who were involved in realizing this show – the actors are among the finest I’ve had the privilege to watch.
What I didn't like
Nothing. This show is perfection.
My overall impression
An incredibly intense piece that peeled back the layers on a friendship.
