I have come to the realization that the team of Jeff Scott Carey and Emily Clark is just as formidable as that of Michael Shaw Fisher and Alli Miller. Their latest effort, Come on Down, is further proof of that fact. Could Joan Osbourne have been on to something? ... full review

Come on Down was one of the most wholesome plays I’ve ever been too. The writing was so clever and funny, and the characters were hysterical. I was feeling FEELS throughout the entire show.... full review

Between the wacky prologue and the charming ending is a non-stop parade of witty writing, engaging performances, and a few existential questions to think about later. A fun hour with a very talented team onstage and off.... full review

This was such a fun show. Jeff Scot Carey’ script is original, clever and very funny. The cast is strong across the board with special nods to Emily Clark, Lucas Alifano and Eric Curtis Johnson. Definitely go and see it.... full review

I loved this show!! The talented cast carried the show well without the need for extravagancies. As if it were designed for the venue, the use of minimal set pieces and props, and lack of elaborate costume changes, this show is perfect for Fringe!! I laughed a LOT, and am still quoting the "love triangle" line to friends. ... full review

This little gem had me and the audience laughing out loud for much of the show and that is a tribute to the fine ensemble as well as to the writing. At times the ghost of Kurt Vonnegut came to my mind, he doesn't appear in the play, but his spirit speaks to the existential kind of amusing musings he did so well. I look forward to this rookie playwrights next venture. ... full review
