You will learn basic fight skills for the stage in this 2 hour workshop focusing on unarmed combat. From how to throw a proper punch to the best way to take a contact kick. Learn how to keep yourself and your partner safe, while learning the language and techniques used for safe, dynamic and compelling stage violence. Please dress comfortably. All levels welcome
