What I liked

The writing was superb and the performance of the woman in the second scene was remarkable and it was inspiring to see her pull it off. The opening was a perfect way to kick off everything, with its nostalgic // coming of age tone. The finale really cemented everything for me – I loved the mix of tones and optimism. Brilliant.

What I didn't like

I wish the second scene could have been extended a bit to give the performer some breathing room. Maybe a line or two could be cut down so that each sentence could be delivered a bit slower to give us time to process it. It was fantastic to watch but it felt like it was jamming a lot into a short amount of time, and we weren’t given the space to reflect on everything we were hearing. Even so it was still a great time.

My overall impression

Loved it – the third scene was my favorite, but all of them were really strong with fantastic performances. Seemingly disconnected thematically but by the end it all goes together so well. Cannot recommend enough.
