It was relatable. We all have done things we know we shouldn't even add we're doing them. And we all have wished for the impossible even under crazy odds.... full review

In a premise that could have easily veered into too broad cliché, Suttle delivers a compelling, nuanced ethical quandary of a play, one where the cold, uncaring demands of capitalism seemingly demand a total surrender of personal comfort and integrity. The script shines in finding tortured empathy in each of its characters, smartly avoiding the impulse to make its indie producer power player a sinister figure or the central couple members of the Hollywood exploited. Every member of the four-person cast shines, but Kelly Rook Daly in particular shines as a sort of show business Lady Macbeth. Raymond Suttle pulls triple duty as writer-director-actor, offering a heartbreaking portrayal of a man aware of his own vicious cycle but unable to break... full review

I enjoyed this show so much on all levels - the writing, directing, and acting was sublime - kudos to its creator Raymond-Kym Suttle - what a showcase for all involved. Without actually seeing it, one might say this was simply going to be a gay version of the movie Indecent Proposal, but it exceeds that concept in many ways and becomes its own unique exploration of humanity. Thanks to great writing it explores depths for every viewer to contemplate and plenty of wit to entertain and delight to enjoy the ride. Combined with excellent acting and directing, it shows what live theatre is capable of doing unlike any medium, and has moments with an almost transcendent poetry about it. ... full review

This show is edgy, thought provoking, and oh, so provative. I loved it. The show starting out with the best question: Blind or Deaf. Its days since I've seen the show and I am still pondering that question. The cast is perfect. I love the young couple, the very grounded wise and keep it real assistant. This show really stirred, so many thoughts about: money, sex and how we use our own personal resources to get ahead. Yes. No. Maybe, really awakens the energy of this new world breaking away from our Puritanical past. ... full review
