Every goddamn thing. The cast is spectacular – truly the tightest ensemble I’ve experienced at Fringe yet. Michael Shaw Fisher brings his usual eclectic energy to the script, the direction, and the ensemble. Eric Curtis Johnson can ring laughter out of the smallest of pauses, the tiniest of gestures – it was like watching a masterclass in comic timing. And Alli Miller and Heather Schmidt steal the whole damned piece with their courtroom scene. The staging is beyond creative for such a small space – I particularly loved what they did with the drawings. And the cyclical nature of the show leaves the audience wishing we could just keep on going.
What I didn't like
I’ve got nothing. This show was an absolute blast.
My overall impression
What a weird and wonderful and wacky show that just kept spiraling towards more and more insanity. This was right up my theatrical alley.
