What I liked
I really liked the way the fight scenes used “shadows” to enhance the super-moves. The banter between heroes was dynamic and fun, and the cast was having a great time. Fun to watch!
What I didn't like
Sometimes, I struggled to hear over the sound cues, but I could still understand the story.
My overall impression
The story created here subverts the superhero tropes well. Full of funny jokes about secret identities and superhero struggles, the play’s core centers around a married couple’s struggle that is very real and very poignant. It definitely gave me some serious feels.
