What I liked
Pretty much everything, Lee and Jim were definitely standouts among an incredibly strong ensemble!! This particular writing and directing team complimented each other SO well.
What I didn't like
The quick costume change after the running scene while Lee was on the phone with his mom confused me. Based on Gladys walking in, the VP and Lee dressing quickly AND him being such a tool and womanizer it could have been that he was on the phone with another girlfriend or Maybe a dirty call that he had to hang up quickly for would explain the disheveled clothes and unzipped pants better. It was late though, i May have missed something.
I also don’t like humanizing Lee or Bush, bahaha. BUT that’s a testament to the brilliant writing that i actually cared!!!
My overall impression
Brilliantly directed, acted and written. I was nervous seeing a 90 minute political drama at 11pm, but holy crap!! I’m so glad i did!
