What I liked
Very well acted! A well put together show, everything made sense the whole way through and transitions felt natural. Also the music was amazing. I would have absolutely had bought a soundtrack if they were selling them that night. Hint hint, make it available online please. 10/10 would buy. Hats off to everyone involved, very well done.
What I didn't like
One thing that could be improved is annunciation and volume. My partner and I had difficulty a few times hearing and understanding both dialogue and song. It wasn’t necessarily that the speaking was too fast, I understand it’s part of the character but just better clarity, more annunciation; and speak just a bit louder. Otherwise brilliant!
My overall impression
Phenomenal!!! I had high expectations from the blurb on the flyer (space nerd here) and it lived up to it. It was sharp, it was witty, it was brilliant. Huge shout out to the cast, every role was very well played and very well cast. Special shout out to the sister and the Subway manager (as well as esteemed Houston food critic), these ladies nailed these roles, do not change a thing!
