What I liked

The acting in this is superb. Henry Parizek is able to portray George Lucas effortlessly and without camp. Miriam Randolph is very natural and loving as his wife. Miriam found a great balance of being strong and yet supportive and soft. Her improvisation of an unexpected moment on stage was handled with grace, honesty, and actually made the scene more real for me.

My overall impression

George was a well directed, well written, and especially well acted glimpse into life right before Star Wars for George Lucas. I was completely drawn in and enjoyed this take on George’s life.
