Everything from the Star Trek universe that was employed in the show was a tremendous amount of fun. The final hand to hand battle might be my favorite.
What I didn't like
I’d say the length, but they whittled 5 hours of theatre down to 105 minutes. It’s not too long, but I wouldn’t schedule much else on a day when you watch it. You’ll want time to digest it.
My overall impression
This is an epic theatre piece presented with full pageantry. I love the commitment to bring a massive theatre classic to the Fringe. Though long for a Fringe show, the company does a masterful job of combining two epic Marlowe works into 105 minutes. The cast delivers grand, stylized performances, none better than Matt Harding in the lead role. This show has great acting, humorous special effects, and terrific hand to hand combat.
