A personal, thoughtful, honest and humorous examination of Ross's own experience growing up, learning about women, sex, love, what it means to be a man and how we are shaped, either by nurture or nature, and ultimately responsible for our own life despite the multitude of influences we encounter along the way. ... full review

This was such an honest and real show with such a wonderful premise. It's refreshing to see a straight white male tell his perspective while recognizing his place in the world. It's how every woman wishes white men would behave and translate their comedy and emotions. It was wonderful!... full review

This show was a one of a kind experience. Not only a triathlon in acting and movement, it was filled with humor and messages that seep into your consciousness long after the lights go down. Not afraid to raise the mirror to his own maladies, the character brought a fresh perspective to the flaws and beliefs that we have been accustomed to in our society which inevitably led to thought provoking hints and why things are the way they are. Allowing no room for a breather, this show seamlessly grabs hold of your attention from the intro video all the way to a conclusion in where the character entices ways we can possibly raise our own mirrors and embrace our human nature, for that is where the liberation lies. Above all, this show is just pretty... full review

This show found a fun and smart way to discuss gender and behavior. My brain kept saying, “Thank the lord he gets it!” It created a great discussion after the show. Theater should make you think and have conversations that you normally don’t have. This show did just that!... full review

A wonderful journey into the mind of 'just a guy named Ross' As a one man show, this works beautifully, it's well paced, well thought out and the transition of Ross through his life to become the man that stands before you is an interesting journey to behold. The moments of truth are evident as you feel what he went through and experienced, as if you were a fly on the wall. A story told with heart, humility and understanding. Not exactly what I was expecting and challenged the way I thought about this play afterwards.... full review
