Wowsers! The best offering yet from Robot Teammate, who are growing into their big boy pants at an astonishing rate. From the large cast to the costumes and choreography, they continue to raise the bar on their distinctive comedic oeuvre - and I couldn't be more pleased. The show is hilarious and heartwarming, with tons of punny in-jokes for those who like a good wink. And the performances of the Robot team are tremendous as usual, consistently stealing their scenes. The songs and dance numbers are deftly embedded while simultaneously pissing on the usual landmarks of musical comedy. Brava Pockets!... full review

I'll keep this short because at this point the show doesn't really need one more person going on and on at length about how good it is. "Pockets" is the best thing I've seen at Fringe this year. Not even close.... full review

I loved the show overall. Every aspect of it. The lyrics, the music, the dialogue. This was a world class musical disguised as fringe theater. It was performed professionally and without a hitch. It had good pace and went by smoothly. There were no dull moments. In fact it was very funny all the way through.... full review

Robot Teammate is simply the best of the best. They never cease to amaze me and they NEVER disappoint. It's not often that I audibly gasp, lol, scream, etc in the middle of a show but it's almost impossible not to when this talented group of performers are on stage. You can feel the joy beaming out of them from the audience, and you always walk away with a smile on your face. Bravo Robots, Bravo. ... full review

After creating the amazing musicals Turbulence and Thug Tunnel, they have truly knocked it out of the park with a walk off, two-out grand slam in the bottom of the ninth. They still rely on their “core” crew, but this time around have added an entire company of worthy performers to the mix.... full review

An enthusiastic and talented cast of 16, a hilarious book and toe-tapping tunes make "Pockets" the feel-good musical of this year's Fringe. Cast standouts include the excellent Chris Bramante as "Veegan," Dave Reynolds in various roles, Kat Primeau as "the Dutchess," and Molly Dworsky as "Pockets." This is a fun production that should not be missed. ... full review

Robot Teammate crushes it yet again! They deliver their proven talent and unique brand of musical comedy with Pockets. Simply put, it is pure joy. You immediately get pulled in with their hilariously catchy songs that make you want to sing along. Pockets has the perfect balance between social commentary and not taking itself too seriously, tackling issues that are seldom highlighted. Through the Duchess character we see the obstacles women face in leadership positions compared to men; lack of support, balancing family and duty, and a society that not only questions every move made but are ready to tear them down given a chance. Mix that with a song about peeing your pants in the stocks and you have Robot Teammate's perfect blend of commentar... full review
