What I liked
The story. The songs. And, as always, the incredibly goofy way it all comes together. The team ALWAYS has a myriad of strange and unusual characters that don’t come off as I expect them to in the beginning. Having that unexpected quality is a brilliant calling card.
What I didn't like
I think a show can ALWAYS be improved (or almost always, anyway), but in the case of Pockets I truly liked what I saw and didn’t spot anything that I thought needed improvement. It was very well thought out and executed.
My overall impression
As always, the group at Robot Teammate shines with a new musical that is both inspired and goofy. If there is ONE production company that I can count on to put together something I will love as a comedy/musical, this is the team. Pockets continues that grand tradition.
