What I liked
Really funny, human story that started as one show and turned into another in a very organic, but magical way.
It’s also exciting to see a show in its first stages, especially when it’s so good out of the gate.
What I didn't like
Hes s a great performer and the videos are hilarious, but I’d love to see Tobin play some of the characters in person (you could still use the video as a backdrop bc I loved the way the characters inhabited their spaces)
My overall impression
Tobin is a brilliant wordsmith and gifted comedic performer who has created a show that is almost Talmudic in its inquiry and optimism.
