What I liked

I don’t know if this story is biographical, fictional, or some combination. It feels remarkably personal, and in my opinion, that is why it transcends an average one-woman show into something special. This felt like an artist sharing something real with us, and it’s impossible not to be moved. The way the musicians work in tandem with the story and dancing is masterfully timed. It elevates the tone throughout the play, and served the drama perfectly. This is what Fringe is about.

What I didn't like

I think the transitions between story could be sped up, as well as the character pops. But this criticism in no way diminishes my recommendation that everyone see this.

My overall impression

Beautiful music. Intimate, tragic, passionate, personal work.
