I fully enjoyed the writing. Boelter’s love of Lennon and the Beatles came through in the words. They were witty and quick and moved the show along at a fine pace. The actors and actresses brought the characters and dialogue to life and it certainly helped to have the accents in place. This was a labor of love for everyone involved and it showed.
What I didn't like
I know everyone smoked during those days but whatever got lit up on stage, I could smell in the back row.
Also, this seemed really short. I know its condensed from a three act play to fit the Fringe guidelines. Hopefully we get to see the full play someday.
My overall impression
Very, very well written and acted by the whole crew. I enjoyed all of it and felt I was actually back in the time listening to John Lennon speak.
