What I liked

Liana’s mastery of timing and punchline is secondary to her progressively deepening insights into a person whom the public only knows as window dressing. She isn’t afraid to tear off the ingratiating mask in order offer the realities inside the first lady’s head—it’s the balance between this and Liana’s hilarious absurdity that I liked best.

What I didn't like

I think Liana could dive even deeper into the more earnest parts of Melania’s psychology like in the psychotic GOT segment—I think there’s room for even more serious speculation since Melania Trump herself has given us few realistic footholds in real life that could help us understand her.

My overall impression

A formidable and hilarious balance of sketch and compelling speculation where the subject is basically a complete unknown—Liana ultimately helps us understand this through her production.
