To Richard begins with a soft lullaby, but within the first few minutes of the play the crescendo builds to a scream of pain. I found myself laughing and tearing up in the same gasp. This is a Fringe show not to be missed. Get your tickets now. ...

Brilliant, amazing, powerful, moving, hilarious - and a whole host of other words which are sufficiently overused enough that they don't do my feelings about this wonderful show justice.

Great dialogue
A powerful and thought provoking script that is extremely well written. It all seems so effortless and natural, you'd think you accidentally walked into the forest and came across these two people. With a minimal (yet sufficient) set, the two actors create a whole world within the story and connect with one another in a short amount of time on stage. The script is natural, clever and even has moments of comedy that arise organically even though the script is about mourning someone. Honestly, I could go on forever about it, I was really absorbed in the whole performance; I am still thinking about this show days after seeing it. PLEASE go see this play, you will be glad you did! ...

A beautiful production in every possible way. The script is fantastic, the performances are electric and emotional and make us feel like we are spying on a private conversation - exactly what theatre is meant to be.

Jessica Durdock Moreno is a brilliant performer and has been lighting up stages in NY, LA and Edinburgh for years in award winning pieces. And all of that talent has seamlessly translated to the writer/director chair. When you watch this you are clearly watching a gifted storyteller at work, a storyteller with her finger on the pulse of human emotions and a storyteller with as sharp a comic timing as you will find....
