What I liked

The whole concept of mocking a one-person show is a great concept for a one-person show (plus another person). The comedy is strong because Matt Ritchey and Jim Niedzialkowski make every moment ring true. Director Matthew Martin always kept the actors goals in sight, which keeps the energy going the entire show. It is perfectly directed and performed.

What I didn't like

The one bit that slid a little bit off track for me was the British rock section… but it was still funny. :)

My overall impression

Absolutely fantastic, brilliantly performed, wall-to-wall hilarious, and surprisingly touching show! I knew from the fake program I was in for something fun… I never stopped laughing – until the end… an unexpected and lovely turn by Matt Ritchey. There are so many one-person shows that have so many reasons not to see them, with messages that don’t pertain to every group. This is a one-person show with every reason to see it and a message that should be heard by everyone.
